Ultracast

Established in 1984, Ultracast provides product design support and rapid prototype production for the automotive, aerospace and electronics markets. Ultracast specializes in transitioning a part from electronic file format to completed prototype unit including casting, machining and surface treatment in a 2-3 week time period. The company works primarily in aluminum, zinc, and magnesium, producing individual prototypes or low to medium production runs. Ultracast also offers a variety of secondary services, such as painting, chemical coating, hardware insertion, and mechanical subassembly for cast metal components.
